StarCom21 P25 Trunked Radio System Live Scanner Feed
Current listeners - Our StarCom21 feed covers two statewide trunked radio systems. One is Motorola's StarCom21 digital (P25) radio system, and the other is ClearTalk's analog system. The name StarCom21 comes from STAtewide Radio COMmunications for the 21st century. SC21 is owned by Motorola and leased to the state. It's used by the Illinois State Police for all their operations, and on an as-needed basis by many other state agencies. ClearTalk is owned by a group of electric cooperatives who use the system for their daily operations. Additional users are provided access to the system for a monthly fee.
